The San Fernando complex, built in 2002 is located 50 yards from an unspoilt safe, sandy beach.

The complex is secure, with access through private gates, and vehicle access through remote controlled electric gates. The remote control is provided with the keys.

Apartment 22 is on the third floor, with direct lift access if required, and provides views from the terrace, sitting room & both bedrooms over the large pool and beyond to the sea.

Sleeps 6 (max.)

There are two bedrooms, one double (Picture) and one twin (Picture). Both bedrooms have views over the pool to the sea. All bed linen is provide & for stays in excess of one week a change of linen is provided. There are fans in each bedroom for those warmer nights.

Comfortable Lounge & dining area

There is a comfortable dining area and the sitting room has a sofa bed that can also be used for sleeping accommodation if required. (Picture). In the sitting room there is a television with access to limited English programmes, a radio & stereo CD player and a collection of games.

Fully fitted & equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, glasses that would be required.(Picture)

There is a small utility area providing laundry facilities including a washing machine & drying area.

Car Parking

Car parking is provided in a covered reserved area, which is fully illuminated & numbered. The parking space is allocated to the apartment. (picture).

Swimming pool & sports facilities

The swimming pool is open throughout the year, although it will be cold from November to April! It is spotlessly maintained and there are permanent thatched sun shades available if required. (pictures).

For the active guest there is a comprehensive sports centre on the complex, access to which is free of charge, although there is a small charge for some of the facilities. These facilities include squash, badminton, tennis and football. There is also a small bar at the complex, although this may not be open in the winter months.

The Beaches

The San Fernando beach is a fabulous stretch of unspoilt & undeveloped sandy safe beach. Just a few yards form the complex, access is through a private gate (picture) and via a “board walk” that takes you across the dunes. (picture)

Just over a km from the San Fernando beach is the Oliva beach where there is a selection of typical report shops, bars & restaurants. (picture). There is also the Oliva Marina next to the Oliva Beach with its club, bar, restaurant & terrace dining – all open to the public. (picture).

Local Shops

There are a small selection of shops on the complex, including a small supermarket, pharmacy, bar & complex office. (picture)

For a more extensive choice of bars, shops, restaurants the delightful town of Oliva is just 5 minutes by car. (pictures).
