Our properties can be available for long winter stays, perfect for escaping the English winter, and we are always happy to discuss reduced rates for longer lets.

The off-season prices can be very attractive, and when the cost of living in the UK is taken into account, winter long breaks can become very cost effective.

The San Fernando apartments make a perfect venue if you like the modern, efficient, easy to maintain environment. The fantastic beach with miles of empty sand dunes is just 50 yards away, and the whole complex is very quiet, safe and easy to live in.

For those hiring a car or driving down in your own vehicle the San Fernando complex is ideal. There is a dedicated fully secure parking space, with easy access through remote controlled gates so no parking or security problems to worry about.

Off season the Oliva Beach area quietens down, but there are still bars, restaurants & shops open, and the town of Oliva is as busy as ever.

But be warned, you might find yourself doing what my parents did, come out for 2 months & stay for 22 years!
