Uncomplicated Holidays

We want your stay in one of our properties to be easy to arrange, stress-free and uncomplicated.

We own the properties you will stay in & take personal pride in their appearance, furnishings & level of equipment. We are not a letting agent taking on other people’s property, and all enquiries are handled personally.

We are both readily available to answer any questions and to assist in your arrangements, both before you travel and during your stay.

Arrival / departure days

We do not have fixed arrival or departure days because we know people like to take advantage of the best flight deals available, which may depart mid week.

Reserving your stay

Where bookings allow, we happily initially reserve periods longer than you actually require while you “shop around” for the best flight deals within that period.

Travel arrangements

Most people fly to either Valencia or Alicante. More details on these airports and links to the best low cost airlines can be found in the “travel information” section.

Confirming your stay

Once your travel arrangements are made, you simply inform us by telephone or e-mail of the dates to confirm your booking. We will issue a standard booking form (e-mail or post) which we ask you to complete & return with your deposit or payment as appropriate.

Your arrival

This is so important. We do not want the start of your holiday spoilt by having difficulty finding the accommodation.

Therefore, for first time visitors we do all we can to personally meet you and show you to the accommodation. We can then make sure you are comfortably settled & answer any questions you may have.

If you hire a car at the airport we normally arrange to meet you at the parking area located by the Oliva exit from the coastal motorway that runs directly from either Alicante or Valencia airport. We can also arrange airport collection (additional charge) if required.

Welcome pack

Travel can be stressful, so we will ensure that there are basic groceries (bread, milk, butter) & the all important cold beers and wine waiting for you in the accommodation.

Emergencies

Should you need any emergency assistance you will have both mobile and Oliva home telephone numbers for Deborah. She is fluent in Spanish and will provide whatever help is required.
